Symptoms:
All cucurbits are susceptible to ZYMV. Affected plants are severely stunted. Leaves are badly mottled and leaves are misshapen, with the margins often having a “tendril” like appearance. Fruit is badly misshapen and bumpy.

Control:
Virus is aphid-vectored. Weed control in and around the field is critical, and early-season aphid control is important. Little genetic resistance is available as of this date.
