2016 Spinach Conference

Schedule:

  • November 29, 2016 — Arrival date; welcome reception at 5:00pm
  • November 30, 2016 — All–day education meeting inside with lunch
  • December 1, 2016 — Bus tour to Texas Winter Garden with lunch and dinner; return to hotel between 8:30 and 9 p.m.

Room rate is $105 plus taxes

The cut-off date for reservations is Sunday, October 302016. Reservations received after this date will
be provided on a space available basis and will be subject to the hotel’s current selling rate.
When making or confirming individual reservations please ask for the 2016 International Spinach
Conference rate. This will ensure your attendees receive the group rate and that your guest room block

Individual reservations must be guaranteed for late arrival with a credit card or one night’s room and tax
if guaranteeing with cash. Should cancellation of an individual reservation be necessary, cancellation
must occur no later than 72 hours prior to arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee of first night’s room
and tax. Individual reservations being direct billed do not require individual guarantee.
