Scientific name: Philodendron oxycardium

Description: Mostly climbing or vining plants usually having glossy green leaves. Leaf shape (heart, lance, arrow, spatula, etc.) varies with species. leafstalks are between 2 inches and 2 feet long.

Light: Bright, filtered light, but not direct sunlight

Temperature: Normal room temperature

Methods of propagation: Use 3- to 4-inch tip cuttings taken in late spring or early summer.

Comment: An excellent plant for the interior, will hold up for years with minimal care.
