Scientific name: Rhododendron sp.

Description: Small, woody shrubs with brown stems covered in soft bristles. Dark green leaves are glossy or velvety. The ruffled flowers are from 1 to 2 inches wide and occur in many colors.

Light: Bright, indirect light during blooming; medium light when not flowering

Temperature: Cool room temperatures (45 to 60 degrees F)

Methods of propagation: Tip cuttings

Comment: A very colorful plant for use in interior environments.
