Description
This presentation addresses the three main issues any new vegetable producer should study clearly before investing or starting a vegetable operation. The three issues are available water supply, a desirable environment, and an adequate soil type. If anyone of these is lacking, successful production of vegetable crops is unlikely. Another major issue, not related to production but equally important, is marketing the produce. Researching, developing, and implementing a marketing plan leads to a profitable operation.
