100% Whole Wheat Bread

2 3/4 cups hot water
1 tablespoon yeast
1 tablespoon salt
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup oil
*8 cups whole wheat flour

Add yeast, salt, honey and oil to water. Add four cups of flour to water mixture. Start adding the additional cups of flour while kneading. Knead for at least 15 minutes. Put in greased loaf pans. Let rise in warm place till double in size. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Cool and remove from pans.

*I grind my own wheat.
