Molybdenum Deficiency

Symptoms:
Molybdenum deficiency is characterized by a whitish-tan interveinal chlorosis accompanied by marginal leaf burn in severe cases. Older leaves are affected first. Plants are usually severely stunted.

Control:
Conduct soil and/or foliar nutrient analysis to confirm that the problem is nutritional. Follow recommended practices for fertility using a balanced fertilizer and treat for alkalinity or acidity as needed.
