COMMUNICATION SKILLS

This section of the degree plan is a part of the University Core Curriculum. ENGL 104 and ENGL 210/301 are required and cannot be substituted. Technical writing courses can now be transferred in from junior colleges as ENGL 210. If a similar course has been taken prior to enrollment in the Horticulture Department, its use as a substitution has to be approved by the Undergraduate Coordinator or, in some cases, by the Dean of the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
