Food doesn’t come from a grocery store, it comes from a farm. Central Texas residents are discovering our many local producers who sell their products directly from the farm or at a local farmer’s market.

Vegetables, fruit, flowers, herbs, cheese, Christmas trees, and crafts are all available at area farms. It's nice to know the people who grew your food. Not only is local produce 1,000 miles fresher, but also buying local supports our area family farms.

Get to know the folks who bring us fresh, local grown produce and other farm products. Take the whole family when you go. Kids need to understand where their food really comes from.
