What is the concentration of the solution (mg/liter)?
Use decimal equivalent - DO NOT USE FRACTIONS.
Example
Solution has 2 mg solute per liter = 2.0mg/l
Solution has 3 mg solute per 2 liters =1.5mg/l
*If you are working with g/l just multiple the
number by 1000 to get mg/l, 0.017g/l =17mg/l*
*If you are working with ug/l just divide the
number by 1,000 to get mg/l, 17ug/l=0.017mg/l*
