Surecrop

Released by LSU in 1973. Surecrop is a good early variety for high chill areas. It is consistent where adapted, and has good cropping, firmness, color, and shape.  Surecrop bears heavily and must be thinned well to size. Has been noted to size better than Dixired and responds well to girdling.  Tree is somewhat compact. Fruit below were grown in Zone 4.
