Nutrition in the Garden, Teaching Healthy Living Through Horticulture

Summary: Nutrition in the Garden was written to help teachers use their school gardens to teach nutrition. The activity guide targets kids in grades 3-5, but can easily be modified to reach other ages. The guide has ten lessons that emphasize horticulture and nutrition.
