Several curriculum guides have been developed by students in the research lab. Two of these guides, Project Green and Project Green II, provide lessons for teachers to encorporate gardening activities in teaching various subjects. Nutrition in the Classroom, Learning Healthy Living Through Horticulture is designed to teach children about nutrition through gardening.
