Ornamentals

Ornamentals are used throughout the garden. A few special plantings of ornamentals are the Maroon and White Garden, the "heirloom" plants in the Warren and Margaret Barham Texas Heritage Garden, the Sensory Garden and the Cutflower Garden. Many of the ornamentals used are native plants, especially in the parts of the garden that are managed as xeriscapes.
