General Information:
Restrooms are located adjacent to the Field Lab and may be accessed using the path from the Patio Area or the service drive.

Drinking water is available throughout the garden and soft drinks may be purchased at the Patio Area (seasonal).

Rain showers occur from time to time (usually not often enough). Loaner umbrellas are usually available at the Howdy Haus.

Mosquitoes can sometimes be a problem. Repellant is usually available at the Howdy Haus.

Please do not remove flowers, leaves, seeds or take cuttings from plants in the garden.

Plant labels are provided to assist in identifying the many specimens in our collection. Please do not pull or remove labels.

The walking path is about one-eith mile long with seating every 100 ft. or so. Please avoid walking in beds or planted areas.

Trash can be placed in any of the containers throughout the garden. Thank you for helping us keep the garden free of litter.

Pet Friendly Guidelines:
The TAMU Horticultural Gardens are a Pet Friendly Facility. HOWEVER, we ask that you please follow these basic guidelines:

No unlicensed or unvaccinated pets.

Pets must be on a leash or under voice command at all times.

Please leave aggressive pets at home.

Owners must Stoop and Scoop. It is your responsibility to clean up properly and immediately after your pet. This includes disposing of pet wastes properly in a garbage can.

Please keep pets on the path or turfgrass...not in beds or landscaped areas.

Be courteous to others in the Garden.
