ELM: Introducton
Environmental Landscape Management (ELM) is a major theme for the current extension educational activities at the TAMU Horticultural Gardens and Field Laboratory. ELM focuses on conserving and protecting our natural resources through the use of "environmentally friendly" practices. This can involve everything from conserving water in the landscape to the safe handling and use of pesticides. Although there are countless ways in which to address environmental landscape management, the ELM project is focusing on 8 specific areas.
