  2. Labor costs include wages, benefits, and adjustments for travel and set up time ($7.50/hour)
  3. Equipment costs include operating costs, repair and maintenance and depreciation ($3.00/hour)
  4. Overhead costs include supervisory costs, administrative costs, support costs such as vehicle and trailer expenses, and other fixed costs ($2.50/hour)
  5. Additional costs would include edging, sweeping, etc.

  1. St. Augustine grass lawn mowed from March through November
  2. Labor costs include wages, benefits, and adjustments for travel and set up time ($7.50/hour)
  3. Operating costs, repair and maintenance and depreciation; mechanics time, etc. ($5.00/hour)
  4. Supervisory costs, administrative costs, other fixed costs ($1.50/hour)
  5. Additional costs would need to be determined for edging, trimming and general clean up of the site such as sweeping or blowing debris from walks, etc.
